Friendly, helpful people working here. Location really close to rubish and cemetery, and center in 10-15 minutes for 10-15 lei. Also, in the slums.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the outskirts of Bucharest, and the airport in the morning. The staff was all great and lovely. We lived in the standard queen room with belcony, all the facilities and king size bed.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Mon Caprice. The staff were really good too ensure my stay was comfortable. When I encountered a taxi driver trying to overcharge me, the receptionist stepped in and advocated for me, resulting in a fair price. another receptionist even gave me a public transport card with some money already loaded on it. The level of customer service was really good. when I wanted to order pizza, a receptionist provided me with detailed recommendations and called different places to ensure I could pay by card. I received a delicious pizza at a great price. I highly recommend Hotel Mon Caprice for its excellent service and helpful staff.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! the staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful. Secondly, the room was spacious and clean, with all the facilities I needed. And the best part was waking up to a beautiful view from the balcony. Lastly, the location was great, just a short distance from the center, so it was easy to explore the city. for the price I paid, it was definitely value for money!
